  • Preparing Stock control and scheduling the shutdown items for each rig unit

  • Assist to purchasing spare parts for the rig equipment

Generators "Power Supply" Maintenance And Overhaul Services

  • Build up, Implement and follow Preventative Maintenance system (PM) for each Generator in the field.

  • Labor overhaul which including the following:

    • 250 hrs change oil, oil filter, Fuel Filter
    • 2000 hrs adjusted valve Lash & test the injectors
    • 10000 hrs top overhaul
    • 20000 hrs piston ring
    • 30000 hrs complete overhaul

  • Preparing and scheduling the shutdown items “ Stock Control” for each generator

  • Installing work instruction procedures for maintenance generators

  • Solve the Trouble shooting with the maintenance team on site.

  • Purchasing spare parts for the Generator equipment
